The hotel offers stunning views of the Nile, with lovely wildlife passing by. While the rooms are clean and the air conditioning works well, I noticed a few ants around the room and bathroom, and the decor could use some updating. The service stands out for having a dedicated team willing to prepare special dishes not on the menu. Overall, it's a nice place if you appreciate the surroundings and can overlook some minor issues.

I recently stayed at this resort spa and it was quite an experience! The rooms, although reasonably spacious, felt a bit worn down and not as clean as I hoped upon arrival. The service was absolutely wonderful, especially with Fatima from reservations being incredibly helpful. However, the location was a bit tricky since it was quite far from the city, making it hard to explore without a car. The dining options had a decent variety, but I found the breakfast to be a bit lacking in taste. Overall, it was a nice getaway, but some improvements could be made.
